With over 9 years of coaching experience I help women and mums build strong habits and tweak their busy schedule to start living their healthy lifestyle. The goal is to build a healthy body that is powerful, capable AND athletic.

My Philosophy

I believe women should train not only to look good, but to become genuinely strong. But I don’t belive in robotic machine-only workouts and strict-chicken-and-broccoli diets.My approach combines strength training, bodyweight skills, hypertrophy, MOBILITY, CORE STRENGTHENING and functional fitness to build a body that is not only toned, but capable, powerful and resilient.My nutrition is flexible and realistic - simple, TASTY meals that support your energy, provide the right balance of macros and nutrients, and something that even your little ones will enjoy!

Women 12 Week Group coaching

You’ll be joining a supportive group of women who share similar goals and are committed to improving their fitness, confidence, and lifestyle together. This is an online group coaching with training plan and tailored nutrition guidance.The group is personally led and coached by coach Veronika.Training app with demo videos - targets lower body, shoulders and back to create the “hourglass” figure. It also includes exercises for improving pull ups, push ups, mobility, glute engagement and core strength.All participants follow the same structured program, allowing the group to stay aligned, support one another, and progress together while being coached and guided throughout the journey.
